Vitality Resistance is a Primary Resistance, which reduces Vitality Damage, Vitality Decay Damage and Health Reduction by a percentage.
It is considered to be one of the more important resistances in Act IV.
Difficulty Penalty[]
Being a Primary Resistance, Vitality Resistance is affected by the resistance penalty the player gets in later difficulties: It is reduced by -40% in Epic and by -100% in Legendary.
