The Troubled Son is Side Quest in The North (Act V).
- The local cooper Dannotalus in Glauberg wants you to find his son Judoc.
- Find and talk to Judoc in Suebi Lakelands. He's located on a tiny island north of the first rebirth fountain, follow the dark river on the right side.
- Return to Dannotalus for the reward.

After Judoc was rescued and Dannotalus realizes that he has to let him go, one of his additional comments is "I want to hold him here, but my senses tell me to stop." which is a line clearly borrowed from another Cooper.
