the offending Raptor
This is a Side Quest in the Orient (Act III). On the eastern outskirts of the Village of Guanzhong, a young mother is fearing for the life of her daughter. A Raptor has trapped the child.
Walkthrough
Talk to Chang Er at the Village of Guanzhong. Kill the Raptor east of her (it is marked as a quest monster but doesn't appear to be stronger than normal Raptors). Now that you have saved her daughter, talk to Chang Er again. Meanwhile, the saved daughter hops back to her mother, favorite doll in hand.
