This is the final chapter of the Main Quest of The North (Act V). Mimer revealed to you that the attack of the Jutuns is only half of Loki's ill-fated plam for a rule of giants, which is bound to end in universal destruction even if it succeeds. He is now preparing a second attack by the Eldjutuns, the fire giants, with their lord Sutr. To stop this from happening, you must venture through the roots of Yggdrasil, into their home of Muspelheim and defeat Sutr.
Walkthrough[]
- Talk to Mimer in Mimer's Maze after you defeated him.
- Go to Fire Shrine in Eldr Fields.
- Get the Fire Relic from Sinmara high priestess of the Flame in Fire Shrine.
- Go to Land's End in Eldr Fields.
- Kill Ylva (Loki form) and Loki.
- Go through Land's End.
- Kill Surtr in Eldr Fields.
- Afterwards, go through the portal and talk to Wodan. A new portal opens. It leads to the Summer Palace in Act VI if you are playing on Legendary difficulty and have the Eternal Embers DLC. Otherwise, it takes you to the credits section of the main menu.
