Skeleton Raiders

Skeleton Raiders is a Side Quest in Greece (Act I). The City of Megara is beset by roving bands of walking Skeletons at night. One brave townsman followed the skeletons to the ruins of Old Eleusis as they retreated before dawn. Investigate the ruins and lay the undead to rest.

Objectives

• Find someone who can tell you more about undead
  • People in Megara say they have been attacked by bands of skeletons and other creatures. Perhaps others in town have seen these undead and would know more.

• Ask around to learn more of Old Eleusis
  • The undead seem to be coming from the ruins of an ancient city called Old Eleusis.

• Seek out the ancient ruins and destroy the three undead princes.
  • Old legends tells of three princes, whose remains haunt the place.

• Bring news of your victory to Autolycus in Megara.

Walkthrough

1. After receiving the quest from Nierus in Megara, you can speak with Autolycus in the north end of town. He will mention that the skeletons were coming from an ancient ruin in the Kerata Forest, north of Megara. Talk to Meikiades next to him for more details.
2. When you reach Kerata Forest, enter the Ancient Ruins in Old Eleusis.
3. To complete the quest, there are Three Princes to kill:
   • Polypus in the south-west corner.
   • Menon in the northern of the room pair in the east of the ruins.
   • Aristeus in the long hall with pillars.
4. Return to Autolycus in Megara to complete the quest.

Reward

Now that the three undead princes are gone, the undead should no longer wander from the ruins of an ancient city called Old Eleusis.

• Experience: 2500 / 35k / 75k (normal / epic / legendary)

Notes

• The mission should advance upon killing all three princes. If not, the quest is stuck. The cause and workaround for this bug are unknown.
