Relics are items that can enhance your equipment with additional effects. Epic (blue) and Legendary (purple) items cannot be enchanted. Matching pieces can be combined by right clicking, whether in inventory or already applied to a piece of equipment. Relics come in three pieces; each additional piece will enhance its effect. Upon completion, a random bonus will also be applied to the Relic in question.
Items are listed by the Act they can be found. Please note that Relics will drop in their native acts (listed here) very often, but they can also drop in all subsequent acts across a difficulty level. For instance, the Relic "Ankh of Isis" will never drop in Act I, but it can drop in Act II (its native act), Act III and Act IV.
