Proseia ~ Daemon Captain

Proseia is always at the northwestern gate of Paseron. She is an Empusa Spirit Reaper, so when fighting her you mostly have to move out of any energy-draining circles she casts and maybe chug some energy potions. You have to kill her for the side quest The Enemy's Captain.
