Lost Soul is a type of Ghost encountered in Hades, Act IV. They have complete, human bodies and can wear armor and use weapons and Shields.
They may drop the Spectral Matter monster charm.

- Regular.
- Tsakonian. They appear in the tombs in Soronis and the adjacent Tsakonian Ruins.
- Courtier. A melee fighter.
- Noble. A caster, stronger than Courtier. Summons a Spirit Siphon device.
