Kondor the Mighty is a Troglodyte hero. He is always found in the Prisoner's Camp. He frequently uses a ground punch attack that probably stuns. Killing him lets you open the cage where the shade of Admetus is trapped. This starts the side quest Admetus Among the Dead.
Trivia: This hero is named after David Kondor, a member of the team that created Titan Quest. A centaur in the Secret Passage (an easter egg bonus cave) is also named after him.
