Hades is the location of the Fourth Act of Titan Quest. It is added into the game by its expansion, Titan Quest: Immortal Throne.
Background
After saving Olympus from the power of Typhon, the Hero is contacted by Zeus himself. Zeus tells the hero that even though he has defeated a Titan, there is still much to be done. The Hero is sent to Rhodes, where he sees a mysterious apparition of Tiresias. Tiresias claims that the Hero's deeds above have created strife below. With the help of Medea the Sorceress, the Hero must journey to Hades itself to combat this threat.
