Nidbald, on the shores of Scandia
This is a Side Quest in The North (Act V). You receive it from captain Nidbald on the Shores of Scandia. He'll ferry you if you bring him Fir Cone Liquor. There is no such item in the game. The quest cannot be completed, and when you look at it in the quest log, it does not promise any reward upon completion. Instead, as part of the main story, King Gylfi will force Nidbald to ferry you. Once Nidbald has transported you to Kaupangr and you have moved a few steps, the quest completes.
