- Energy Blast: Slow pink ray dealing really huge amount of Cold and Vitality Damage. Slow for 2 seconds.
- Eruption: Similar to Earth Mastery Eruption.
- Teleportation: Teleports himself away, scripted event which will be triggered thrice until he reach the throne of Chang'an Palace.
It's important to get all elemental resistances for this fight. Fire Resistance is your priority due to the Eruption skill, and if you do not manage to dodge Energy Blasts try to stack Cold Resistance. Moreover depending on his staff, you should focus on the associated Resistance (except if it's a poison staff).
When he lifts his staff into the air, he's about to cast Energy Blast cause an Eruption. Bandari also has hordes of Terracotta Soldiers running around. Luckily there is an easy counter. Bandari will be waiting at the top of the stairs, and will teleport away as you move into melee range. Then clear out the Terracottas in that area. Then proceed forward. Repeat until you corner Bandari against the far wall.
